(yawn)

At present there seems to be not a lot happening in our lives that is worth writing about here at billandpatti.com. Our days somehow flow quickly by as Patti and I repeat our daily routines of more or less uneventful activities (like most everyone else I would guess).
I've been spending some time in the photo darkroom as well as working on a "pre" Chippewa Lake Park website when I'm not puttering around and doing other ordinary things. It is all good.. certainly enjoyable to us as the wellspring of loving silliness between us seems never to run dry, but doubtful is any of it worth writing about that could be of interest to an uninvolved reader.

Well, in about 3 weeks, hopefully that will all change and a little more inspiration to here record our dodaddlings will occur. The day after labor day we plan on heading up to Blue Moutain Lake in upstate New York and deep into the Adirondack Mountains again. We missed out last year because of Patti falling and breaking her leg. The leg is all mended now (with only an occasional, mysterious and fleeting pain in her foot) and so if all remains ordinary in our lives, we shall try again to flee the big city and re-experience the mystical-magical life of the lake, the loons, the kayaking and of course, exploring Eagle Nest, which is an important part of Patti's history and a fun thing to do.
If we can get an internet connection while we are there we shall definitely be posting our thoughts and nearly real-time photos (hopefully video as well) of our stay.
Anyway, just before we go we shall send out a notice of our impending adventure to our subscribers.
