2nd night in cabin bliss


Today I kayak over to Eagle Nest Camp on Eagle Lake. When Patti was growing up she and her family would stay at Eagle Nest for a part of the summer. Patti had fond memories of this place and every September we would come here. Once she even got permission for us to stay at Eagle Nest for a week. You can see our journal of that gone-forever time here


But first, today is today and I've quickly put together a little video before I hop into the kayak and go paddling across some very choppy water for the rest of the day. The video is a little fuzzy. I'm still learning about this SLR/videoHD camera and I'm not about to do the whole thing over again. You'll get the idea.
